What it says about 2° Squadrone Automitragliatrici Savari
With Fiat 518 Ardita w/ Schwarzlose p.b. Machine guns - drawing at link* - and autoblindo Fiat-Tripoli (ribattezzate Fiat tipo Libia) was formed in first months of 1940 and disbanded in 1941. At beginning of War(for Italy) was in Saharian Sector.
I would say that each platoon would have 3 Fiat 518 with HMG and 9 men per vehicle and probably the remaining one if it is an Fiat 518 too for the Command Platoon. It says 10 light auto.
More info about other units.
*most of this kind of paints are usually taken over a photograph so there is good chance there is a photograph like that.
