yeah, it was my first book on the Italian army in WW II. It's a good basic text and I found it very interesting, especially when I was just starting to learn about Italy.

I just got it a few days ago and I think it's a good book. It's one of the most concise and informative resources on the Italian military in the english language that I've come across so far. It is a bit grand in scope, so there are detailes missed, but a good overall source and starting point for the subject.

Highly recommend the book about Amedeo Giullet..its available from Amazon...you may already have it, but its an excellent adventure tale about an extraordinary man.
