Hi everybody,
by chance yesterday I met one of the glorious "Reggimento Giovani Fascisti" who fought at Bir el Gobi!
He's now 82 (he was eighteen in december 41) and he's still in good health.
He told me a lot of fascinating tales about the battle (he was in 1st battalion 2nd company 1st platoon) and his own history...
Next week I will take him to "La piccola Caprera", the museum of the regiment near the Garda lake where he will show me the material recovered there.
If I have the ok from him, I will post some of his tales.
I will keep you posted!!!!
Ciao
Lele :D

Lele,

Tell him about the site, and if he is interested, I can post a picture of him and his tale in the articles section.

Jim
