It's a quote from the Gospel according to Matthew (26, 33-34): Etiamsi omnes, ego non (Even if everyone else will desert you, I won't).
I discovered that it stands out on the façade of von Boeselager's home. And it also inspired the title of Joachim Fest's autobiography. Same sentence, but used with opposite intentions. Isn't it surprising?

Me ne frego is used idiomatically to mean the opposite, actually. Kind of like the English expression "I could care less," but not as incorrect.
