Some generals that met this fate were:
Giuseppe Amico, Major-General (1890-1943)
Giuseppe Aventi Brigadier-General(1898-1943) (Militia) (killed in action)
Thats all I really know.

sorry Giuseppe Amico, commander of "Marche" division, was killed by germans after having called his men to resistance at Ragusa (Dubrovnik) and can't be considered an RSI officer in any way.
First time I learn of Giuseppe Aventi (sure about spelling?). In which circumstances did he die?
thanks

I wasnt sure about Amico to tell you the truth.
Aventi apparently died in action as a brigadier genral to the militia; im not sure where but there is a site with all the Italian generals with dates and names of regiments.
http://www.generals.dk/Italy.htm
i hope you can use it

Guiseppe Aventi, who held the rank of console generale in the MVSN, was killed by an allied aerial bombardment. I don’t have the date at hand, but it was before 8th September 1943. So he can’t be considered a RSI general.
To my knowledge no RSI generals were kia, however it’s a subject that I don’t know very much about. So if anybody got some information or good sources on RSI generals – Please let me know.
Kind Regards
