Grazie Jeff. I finally got a hold of him and he assured me he would contact me as soon as it was done. I was getting a bit worried with the lack of communication.

I can say you have no need to worry. Remo will deliver. He has not failed to complete an order.

That being said, I do wish he would make a better effort to answer e-mails. Like many reproduction vendors, communications can be iffy.

I wish I could say he would complete the cappotto in a month. I always plan 4-6 months or an order. I am never disappointed and many times surprised by an earlier delivery. I know he is working on a major order and he is fitting in other work as time allows.

Sartoria Equipe is on Facebook. Sometimes I am able to contact him through e-mail, other times by FB message.

I placed the order for the Cappotto and paid him on the 23rd of April. After emailing Remo last friday, I've suddenly lost contact. Is this normal? It's been a month with almost no progress and I'm beginning to worry.

Remo and I exchanged e-mails this morning. I asked him to contact you again to clarify the price and bank.

What had me worried was that his Facebook page was down. He told me he was tried of it, so he did it intentionally.

That is odd to say the least. Are they both from the same e-mail address? Was your request in both English and Italian? I would e-mail back and ask for clarification.

Edit: he had problem with his SE e-mail acount. I wouldn't send any money until he clears this up.

I just emailed Remo about a Cappotto and got 2 emails back, one in Italian, one in English. Both had different prices and both had different banks to prepay the money to. Is this usual? Should I be suspicious here?

is sartoria closed already for the holiday season? ive tried a few times to get in touch with remo to finalise an order but i dont think anyone is in
