to Order
Placing an order with Amazon.com is easy. There's no need to create an account
first. You will have done that once you've placed your first order online. (They
cannot accept orders by phone, fax, or e-mail. All orders must be placed online.)
Some items offered on their Web site is fulfilled by Amazon Merchants or Amazon Marketplace sellers.
Please note that payment, shipping, and return policies for these items are different than the
policies for items fulfilled by Amazon.com. The seller of each item in your order will be clearly
noted on the View Shopping Cart page.

Methods
Amazon.com accepts American Express, Diners Club, Discover, JCB, MasterCard,
Eurocard, Visa, Visa Check Cards, Amazon.com gift certificates, and checks, money
orders, or cashier's checks denominated in U.S. dollars and drawn on a U.S. bank.
Additionally, they accept Borders Gift Cards and Waldenbooks Gift Cards as
payment for qualifying orders. They do not currently accept direct wire transfers
or Smart Cards.

Policy
You may return most items sold by Amazon.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. They will also pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of their error.
